Hello,
no matter how many times I set my “basic skill slot” key map to main mouse button (default) it is reset to nothing the next time I boot the app.

I fixed mine just now.
The Fix:
Open Settings → Controls → Key Binding Configuration Save → (Drop down) Select Key Binding Config 2. Make changes to your key binds and then Save Changes.
Let me know if this works.
Did not work for me. Using Config 1 I had to rebind Core Skill (Right click), Spur Mount (Space) and Dismount (C) every time I logged. Set up Config 2 using my preferred settings and had the same issue arise.
Seems to be a conflict with the settings I’ve been using for mounts which are Space, C and Right click for Dismount attack. The issue wasn’t there in past seasons obviously and everything works perfectly fine once they are fixed at the start of each session.
I have this exact same issue. Nothing I’ve done has fixed any of my issues I’m having this season.
Did you set the Config 2 Preset to Custom and then set the bindngs? That’s what I had to do. I forgot that step.
The preset seems to automatically select Custom when you make changes from the default settings. It was already set to Custom when I just checked.

Having this issue as well, From what I’ve gathered its only keybinds that are doubled up. (eg using 1 - 3 for abilities but also binding them for the mount abilities)
Its clearly something that has happened with this season patch. I’ve been using the same keybinds since launch.
I have reported the same issue.
