Open Refund for SHAKO mishap please and ty!

Dear Blizzard your game has not lived up to the hype or expectations of what was promised, I am appealing to you for the ability to get a refund due to the integrity of the game being compromised with the rarity mishap and the allowing players who exploited your stupidity to keep their items they neither earned or deserved. It does affect players who are not planning to play your game the way you attend it to be in season you also chose to do the wrong thing by allowing t hem to stay in game I would appreciate you doing the right thing and allowing those who disagree to obtain a refund played by allowing the thousands of shakos in the game and other uber unique items.

They won’t reply to forums.

Have you tried a support ticket ?

Blizzard would be so upset if they could read this.

My understanding is that there were 142 uber uniques obtained via the bugged chests. Not thousands.

Here is the refund information for you.

To determine eligibility please read below:

We’ve posted this policy to make our refund philosophy clear around purchases made from Blizzard on Battle.net. This document is part of our official Terms of Sale.

Our Philosophy

We believe in our mission to create epic entertainment experiences, and we want you to feel confident you’re getting the product and support you expect from Blizzard.

If you change your mind about a recent purchase, or if you haven’t used it, we’ll try to work with you on a refund.

We may withdraw refund eligibility for abuse of this policy, such as repeated refunds for the same product. The same goes for violations of the In-Game Code of Conduct or the End User License Agreement.

How to Request a Refund

You can usually request a refund automatically using our support site and selecting the relevant game or product.

We will typically refund purchases to the method of payment used for the original transaction. In some cases, such as those where the original payment method cannot be refunded, we may provide the refund in the form of Battle.net Balance.

If the automated service doesn’t address your needs, our support team is available to help.

Refund Guidelines

Games and Expansions

We refund paid games or expansions within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven’t played for more than two hours.

Grow up and get lost. Life is not fair.

For something like this to make you so upset, something else must be going on, so take some time off Internet and go self reflect on why you really feel this way before you hurt someone you like (or even yourself).

The reality is… They can do whatever they want whenever they want and you will NEVER get your money back. Allow this to inform your decisions in the future but you have to move on.

will the crying never stop…
Whoever looted the chests had to do the requirements to be able to loot them, so they did earn them, there were no exploits on the gamers part. Also, there were no guaranteed unique drops when they looted the chests, just a higher rate than intended.
and it wasn’t even close to thousands of drops, drama queen.
It won’t affect your (or my) gameplay in any way.
Just move on to another game and be done with it already.

Don’t bother with that Blizz refund. It says at the bottom refunds are only eligible if you played less than two hours. Just do a chargeback through your credit card, as I and many already have

  1. cheats; i.e. methods not expressly authorized by Blizzard (whether accomplished using hardware, software, a combination thereof, or otherwise), influencing and/or facilitating gameplay, including exploits of any in-game bugs, and thereby granting you and/or any other user an advantage over other players not using such methods;

Even if Blizzard was to open refunds for those who played more than 2 hours, they would look at your played time.

In the likely event that you played for more than 50 hours, why would they even agree to refund you?

It’s like going to a Six Flags park, doing almost every attraction there is over the course of one day, then ask for a refund because you didn’t like it.

So. Stupid. It. Hurts.

Also that Btag. I sincerely hope you came up with that 20 years ago when you were 9…

Except you went every day for 3 weeks. Rode every ride 100 times. Then threw a tantrum and called it the worse theme park in the history of theme parks while demanding a refund

The short version if you played over 2 hrs the only method is a chargeback which will get your blizzard account for all games blocked.

More like he bought a season pass so his kids could use the water park and then they decided to close the water park and told him he can still enjoy the rest.

I would also like a refund.
