Was doing the Onyx Hold dungeon as a Nightmare Dungeon and died. I spawned on the wrong side of the ghost wall and could not return to kill all the mobs in the first area.
At some point the wall disappeared and I could go back and kill all mobs. But now I cannot find the last Languishing Corpse I need to finish. There is no skull on the map and I have been walking around and discovering everything.
I guess 2 bugs in one?
