Right now before upgrade, the critical strike damage max is 17.5%. This is the old maximum range. All current rings maximum range are 21.5%. Can you please match the ranges to the new critical strike damage range and bump the base value by another 4%? Thank you!

They won’t do it. A similar thing happened with Selig which was actually a goof on their part, and once they fixed it it only applied to new ones that dropped.

Yeah it would be ideal if they would retro fix the items, but the request here is just on the (new) items itself. They should still increase the maximum to match the rest of the affix table for the Critical Strike Damage attribute.
Watch you for that blizzard math though.

I know, that would be tragic. But then you could save it as a misprint while lamenting over a wasted uber drop while they fix it again!
So my only uver from S2 is still bad? Good to know

I’m not saying anything about it since they changed the level requirement of Ubers from 80 to 60. I equipped this ring and a doombringer on my Necro and jumped straight to WT4 at level 60 and it smashed through NM40 with no paragon points or glyphs to support the build.

Ugh. That’s bs. I found one yesterday and salvaged it… Been wearing the old one and didn’t notice. I assumed it was the same, as I didn’t bother upgrading it to compare…

New and old ones both have the same problem. So no impact to you fortunately.
They changed the unique ability to something better and more useable by everyone, but the crit damage range they kept as the original range before they changed damage buckets for critical strike damage.
