When battling High Priestess Hadar at Omath’s Redoubt, she teleported into the fog that blocks the entrances and exits. This happened on the north eastern exit wall. She was then unable to attack, move, or be attacked. Since the exits are blocked during this fight, I was also unable to leave.
My experience just now sounds similar, but not identical. I got Hadar beyond 3/4 dead and then she became untargettable and is just wandering around the arena. I cannot leave due to door fog, I can’t target or interact with her, she’s not doing anything other than walking around randomly, and nothing in the arena is interactable.

This area is bugged for me. I’ve beaten the boss, and prayed at the shrine. Then nothing happens. Skeletons keep respawning. The way point never appeared…

This happened to me but on a southern wall. So frustrating.
