I’ve just purchased and installed the new expansion. I can create a new character including the new class, but all of my old characters have disappeared. Have they been deleted? It just says 1 of 14 slots used when I had about 9 older characters. Also means I don’t have any Lilith statues unlocked.

Found the problem, my Xbox account has somehow disconnected from my blizzard account. Fixed now. Got my old characters back, but lost my new seasonal character. Only level 10 though so no worries
