I could play this build for a hour and not see 1 over power then occasionally i’ll be killing a T4 boss and Over powers pop up constantly or vice versa i’d farm pits for a hour and all i see are Yellow Crit numbers because im 100% crit with out seeing a single over power then randomly 1 of the pits i go faster in because over powers finally start popping up. I dunno it just seems like Over Power doesn’t work properly with the Build of Okun’s Catalyst and was wondering if that is a known thing or am i just seeing a nothing problem. I feel if the over powers were actually consistent i could push higher but when i try pushing higher i see 0 over powers the entire time.
I was having the same problem with Okun’s Catalyst. what I did to overcome the issue is use Runes the TAM and XAN together make a good mix. XAN is the one you want the most. It gives you “Your next attack will cause your hits to be a guaranteed Critical strike and Overpower for 0.35 Seconds.” . Season 8 has changed the Pits and everyones hit powers have been nurfed.
ya i used that a little but im talking like regular overpowers not showing up at all. Then occasionally i’ll go into a run and they show up the whole run over and over… seems broken to me.
