Tired of always getting kicked offline when you play solo?
Tired of queue times to play by yourself or woth friends and family?
Tired of companies trying to over reach?
Lets try to make this change happen! Tell Diablo 4 devs what we want.
Find any offline petition and sign it…sign them all.
Lets get this ball rolling!

Continuing to make additional threads for the same thing is kind of silly. You are spamming at this point.

Because my idea for a better experience of gaming differs, you have to be negative.
Another point to not wanting to play online so I dont have to deal with people sich as yourself.
Its not an unreasonable ask.

You commented on a thread where a mod explained exactly why offline mode is never going to happen. The mod also specifically stated that petition threads are frowned upon and will most likely be deleted as they are against forum rules, so if your thread gets deleted, you know why.
You can call me “negative” all you like. It’s not my fault you can’t understand the word “No”.

You are basically speaking for blizzard and others. Thats pretty audacious.
Negative Nancy’s never get anything done
Cheer up mate, dont worry. Someone will/has find/found a way to cheat online. This will make your point moot.
So them deleting an offline petition is a violation of their rules. Do you know this or is that a guess? I wasnt aware you were an official Bliz rep. If you are, man throw this suggestion at the devs then.

You now started at least three (3) threads regarding offline mode.
You have no new points.
You already got an answer that this will not happen.
Also: It was absolutely clear before the release that there will be no offline mode.
Overdramatization will you also not get anywhere.

Ok, keep pedaling their propaganda. Their response does not eliminate the need for offline play. They choose not do solve this, thats abundantly clear. This is where the issue lies, not in cheating. The fix is way easier than you’d think.
If you feel this is spam, then take some action and stop complaining. They have a flag icon to report me. So do it.
I wish my problem was so easily solved. Your problem is solved by the silencing of another. Congrats you.

When did I claim to speak for “others”. I referenced the words of a mod that told you and everyone else on that thread that they choose to do online only to stop piracy of their property. Calling me a “negative nancy” makes you sound like a cry baby who’s throwing a tantrum because he’s not going to get what he wants.
Someone “will/has find/found a way to cheat online” is just you reaching for anything you can to try a make your weak argument stand.
Don’t take my word for it. Go back to the thread where you typed “I agree… 20 character minimum”. The mod there gives a great explanation on why it’s not going to happen as well as why it’s against forum policy to post petition threads. So, after you’re done wiping the tears and snot running down your face, maybe you can cheer up mate and realize that no one listens to trolls.

I am really glad to know I have thoroughly wasted your time. Evidenced by the direct quotes from my replies. You had to go to all my replies to grad that
You are missing the entire picture here, however.
We aren’t upset with each other, uts with Blizzard. Blizzard has created this dichotomy between its player base. The fact this is beyond your perception is radically entertaining. Companies do this all the time to take attention away from what the actual issue is. The issue being their inability to execute online game play fairness for all. Because they chose not to fix their online hacking problem, they have shoved the attention toward people like me who want offline gameplay.
Its the odd adage of punishing all due to the actions of a few. Its not fair to anyone when these policies are appied.
I am completely loving the irony of this thrwad and your responses.
Ok, your turn.

considering that there’s a database error going around that’s causing people to be locked out of their characters that no one seems to be talking about regardless of there being a 280 some odd page, thread, in tech-support regarding yeah I’d say off-line mode is pretty damn reasonable

I didn’t read through all your posts. I was reading through that thread and noticed you commented on it , which is why I made reference to it.
The only thing Blizzard created was a game. Our discussion has nothing to do with them. They simply don’t want people to pirate their games or cheat in them, and online only was the solution they decided to go with. Is it perfect? No, but it boils down to money at the end of the day, and preventing pirating keeps more money in their pocket and makes investors want to keep giving their company money. Does this hurt some gamers? Yea sure, but their decision means they see more value in online only than in giving people the ability to steal their property even if the average “offline only” player isn’t trying to do anything but play the game.
D3 on console had an offline mode and was full of cheaters and hackers. D3 on PC didn’t have an offline mode and didn’t have anywhere near the issues the console version had so that speaks for itself.
If you want offline, then your best bet is going to be smaller gaming companies that can’t afford to ignore any customer even if it means potentially getting their property stolen or playing older games that did not implement it. That’s the reality of where things having been heading.
Its rarely ever that simple, sadly.
You cant win them all.
Lets just hope this crazy weather doesnt knock you offline for an extended period of time. If so, you might finally get it.
