I’m only interested in Shako, what’s the chance to loot it from a chest (silent chest), normal mob/champion/elite/boss on different Torments?
practically zero chances to drop outside tormented bosses.

wouldnt say that. i do see them dropping in undercity. I personally saw 2 drops so far. Of course thats not a big sample size or anything, but yea, i do think that they increased the chances for out of tormented drops.
if its only the shako you are after, you get one spark from the seasonal journey, and soon, we should get a second spark for uber lilith kills if that helps you =)
If you complete the season journey and Kill Lilith(Which for some people is bugged so maybe wait till after the next patch) You will get a resplendent spark from each. You can then reforge at the jeweler or find or trade for/buy the needed runes till you have enough of all 3. With all of these materials you can craft a Shako.
You can also craft a random mythic at the blacksmith with 2 sparks but it’s not worth the risk of it being a POS. It gave me a melted heart of Selig. FFS. Also my 1 of 2 mythic drops was a melted heart of Selig. Go away Blizzard with your melted hearts of Selig.
Tormented bosses have a rare but not imossible chance to drop mythics. If a POS useless mythic drops for you you can always salvage it for a resplendant spark. Two POS’s will give you 2 sparks which you can use to craft a Shako along with the needed runes.
But I’d ask people if what you’ve found is really a POS if it’s not a Shako It may be a very good mythic.

Better forget about getting a Shako anywhere else than Bosses. Farm mats, group to do Bosses and get a couple of Mythics and Runs. I wouldn’t recommend the Mythic gambling at the Blacksmith with the 4 Sparks. You could be lucky but you are more likely to get an Andariel’s Visage, a Selig or an Ahavarion Staff. Heir of Perdition seems to come up often and can be a good alternative to Shako.

let me clarify some things.
- I play non-expansion game, there is zero logic in buying it. So no runes or Undercity for me.
- I’ve already complete the journey, beat Lilith, craft a random mythic and it was Doombringer.
- I loot Heir of Perdition helm (from a torment boss on Torment 2), then salvage them with Doom and craft random one, which comes Grandfather
The good thing is that I need only 1 Mythic to make a new random craft if it’s not a Shako, u know I salvage the current one…
So there’s no chance to get Mythic items in the world (except from bosses) or the chance is like Tyrael’s Might from D2?
There’s so many way to get loot and I’m very curious if anyone get Mythic in other way than Bosses?
mythics can drop from anything once you are in Torment 1 or higher. (i think even gamba can)
Issue is the rate is so damn low it is efefctively 0 for msot people even if they played game 24/7
so either farm bosses for a decent rate or pray RNGesus you win the diablo lottery.

I read the same thing somewhere but I barely see ancestral from a Helltide chests or elites (with 1 affix boosted only).
I’m gabling only Cap for the last week, still a few ancestrals for savage.

it is speculated on the internet that the chance of any boss is 5-7.25%, which is super high chance if you asking me.

You can always just do tormented boss rotations. But its RNG and it can either make you incredibly lucky, or unlucky.
I would say i was incredibly lucky with over 28 mythic uniques dropping for me so far. But i know of people who have done just as many tormented boss runs as me and who have either gotten none at all, or only 1-4 and usually of course, not the ones they need.
The only recommendation i have for you is to keep trying until you get what you need. Or spend a heap load of gold on the runes you need and craft the item yourself.

Im pretty suprised this season how often i see mythics drop from the tormented ladder bosses. Before it was practically impossible to get mythics there and you were bound to do duriel and andariel.
most ended up as sparks. then i gambled em at blacksmith, with the 2spark/50m random caches and turned those into more sparks. The only thing that gamble session got me was minus 1B gold and a doombringer with the GA on max life. Which i dont even use.

got such a doombringer today as well which is pretty neat for my spirit wave necro.
yea gambling for multiple GAs on mythics can be a long term game ^^

Does it give you pleasure in that way? That’s lame for me.
As I can see the other Mythics except Shako are total useless ATM, they need a great boost to be like Harlequin, to give you a huge bonus that can use on every hero.
You are absolutely correct in all assumptions. I played the eagle quill volley build at first. Then switch to the overpower build and am now trying the resolve stacking build, which is even worse. All T4 content is completely trivial and it has ruined the season for me because all other classes and build just seem entirely not worth the effort anymore.
I am basically the go-to person for T4 uber boss kills in my clan/friends list. I am doing hours and hours of boss kills to help others and in the process i have been getting mad drops of mythic uniques.
But other than helping others, i have lost all interest in the game as it currently stands.
I have never played with glitches or game weaknesses (that’s why I never play Fifa online either).
If you start a new hero and play normally, your desire will return, I guarantee you.
I start with necro and play in my way without reading or doing special builds.
There’s a big leap between Torment 1 and 2, when I was OP for a T1 I switch to 2 and I was very weak but after several dozen upgrades and new items now I can play easily on Torment 2.
When I get shako I will try to play T3.
I don’t have to VoH either. I used the RNG crafting system to get rid of almost all the legacy Mythics I had in my stash. I managed to get a Shako but it was on my last try, after using more than 30 Sparks. Also got a Tyrael but the rest was mostly Andy Visage/Heir of Perdition/Ahavarion Staff (playing sorcerer).
I have been playing since the game was released, a lot every season. Only got a Mythic outside Bosses, in S4 from a Pit run. It was a Shako.
I’m back since the season 1, after spending 50 hours of pre-alpha and receive “that” thing on the release I really hate them but now they change things a lot and there’s end game content/items.
What do you mean with S4 pit run?

I would suggest gambling obols. I got the heir of perdition gambling for helm.
Would be a bit stretch but most helms options are somewhat fine. Obols are reasonably easy to get and you could diversify with some bosses runs if needed.
