Just offer a guaranteed “The Summoned Hellborne” bane (Hellborne are hunting you) as one of the three options in Infernal Hordes by Wave 2. Those that enjoy less rewarding options can still pick one of the other two.
it’s rng based, it’s an aarpg you have to live with that.
if things would guaranteed that would be way too easy.
next is what ? guaranteed mythics ? (i mean, sadly it’s kinda the case through spark but…)
Honestly if you don’t get it by wave 2 you’re better off abandoning it and starting a new one.
Guaranteed would be a bit too much but it’s true it’s pretty much double reward if you can get it early.
Give it a few more seasons and you’ll be getting a mythic after the season journey / season quest line rep farm.

complete a tree of whispers
hit level 35
use 1 healing potion
pick up 100g
reward - random 4 greater affix mythic or 1 mytic of your choosening.
