Offensive Aspect Cache is missing from the bartering vendor

I have all mercenaries fully upgrading and bartering upgrades is 8/8 complete. I’ve restocked dozens of times and the “Offensive Aspect Cache (Legendary Bartering Cache)” has never shown up.

can confirm. i’ve done hundreds of restocks and have never seen the offensive cache

This isn’t a bug. There is no Offensive Aspect Cache.

They don’t want you having chances of upgrading anything useful.
