Not sure if this is a bug, but I cannot find info anywhere. No cannot get an answer on twitter / reddit or general forms.
I am level 54, I have ran multiple Nightmare dungeons on hardcore. I cannot Salvage or craft sigils as it is greyed out. Is this a bug or is there some not obvious quest NPC like the Hell tides on with the little marker on their head but not showing on mini map?
Exact same issue. Level 55, done dozens of sigils. Never got a quest. Really annoying
Unless the game starts dropping higher tier keys naturally this is very game breaking. THe priority quest didnt trigger apparently. Really sucks for someone doing the hardcore race.
Level 55 and have done tier 1 dungeon 10+ times, couldn’t get the quest to trigger. I believe my quest log was full at 20 but deleting some didn’t seem to work.
This is definitely a breaking bug as it completely slows down the progression.
Please help!
same problem here… i’ve done some nightmares dungeons and the sidequest for the occultist never pop… i guess we have to wait a patch

Same bug here. Starting to feel hopeless about character progression. Anyone have a fix?
UPDATE/fix: You have to complete a nightmare tier 3 dungeon or higher “naturally.” Meaning the occultist sigil crafting/salvaging tabs will unlock after completing a nightmare tier 3 or greater dungeon. You have to wait for a world drop of a tier 3 sigil or higher. It can’t be crafted.
I did do Nighmare Tier 3 dungeons and it did not activate the quest with Neymar the Occultist ???
