Obol Vendor - Ancestral Chance Should Also Scale w/ Difficulty Tier

In PTR patch notes, Ancestral chance now scales with Difficulty Tier. I think obtaining Ancestrals from the Obol Vendor should also scale with Difficulty Tier.

It probably is - I haven’t noticed any actual increase in loot quality between PTR and S8.

Agreed. I think Obol Vendor scaling with Difficulty Tier is the best fix for gambling.
