Obducite where to get? Stuck!

I’m stuck in Penitent which is now super easy. everything dies just tapping them.
I have done the main story. and the one purple quest I have is at the forge to use Obducite to upgrade a weapon. which then lets me go into higher tiers of the game…

I can’t find it anywhere or the stuff needed at the alchemist to transmute some.

I am aimlessly killing things, going down various red dungeons and event things. I can’t find any of it.
Nightmare Dungeons??? nothing on my map with that name… nor Infernal Hordes, and I can’t see where this undercity Kurass is either…

You have to unlock Torment 1 via doing Pit. You get fragments from Whisper cache.
On Torment obducite drops.

Once you are at 60, the Pit opens up in Cerrigar. This is what you need to play in order to progress into higher tiers.

Obducite is found in Torment 1 and higher in NMDs and IHs.

Obducite starts dropping in Torment 1 nightmare dungeons and infernal hordes. Last season I would have told you stick to IH but escalating nightmare dungeons seem to have higher obducite / hour rate so there’s that.

I did run the pits at some point but I mustn’t have clicked a high enough difficulty.
This game sure has some convoluted methods of doing some of these things. Still fun though. All unlocked now. Ty
