It looks like the nvidia frame rate limiter in the control panel no longer works within D4. I had thought Reflex also has frame rate limiting built-in, but that doesn’t seem to be working either. The in-game frame rate limiter works OK, but generally the limiter in the nvidia driver is the smoothest.
