Monitor your mem usage. The game is calling for more gpu ram than most cards physically have. Like if you have 8 it’s asking for 10, 10 it will ask for 12 etc. On my system it was spiking my system ram to almost 30 gigs. Setting it to medium cut game usage to 2.5 instead of almost 16 by itself.
