If numlock is on and you press a skill and press and release numlock before depressing skill button it will autocast off cooldown, The playstation/xbox can also do this with a rubber band. Is this okay? I know it was cool previously.
Was well used in D3 too, they never fixed it, nor banned anyone for using it.

I think its technically against the rules as its automating gameplay but nobody cares. Unforced rule. I did for eons in D3 and nothing happened. Rob is highlghtning how to do it in videos for D4. There is no way for them to even tell this is happening on their end as far as I know. Use at your own risk however. I am not going to advise doing anything contrary to terms of service. Nike slogan! 
(kinda wish I had a numlock key as I dont have one anymore with my logitech G915)

You are correct, we are not. We can only tell you that Blizzard themselves have never commented on using the numlock trick, nor have they banned anyone for using said numlock trick. Take that information as you will.

No one cares if you use numlock. I’ve used it in D3 with certain builds. Used it very little in D4. If they ever banned people for using it half the players would be banned. Also, if they were to ban people for using numlock, they should warn players with a sticky, since it’s so readily used.
