I just started the new season and upon reaching the house for “Of Lambs and Wolves” nothing happens. The “quest area” disappears so I know this is the correct door, and upon teleporting back to home and then walking over the quest was able to progress, but it seems there is some bug preventing it from progressing the first time. Many other characters were waiting around by the house, so it appears they were having the same issue too. Bummer that this is the second step in the very first quest of the season and it is not behaving properly.

Seems to be happening to me as well on PC
Leave game and log back in that worked for me at least.

Same thing happened to me. So I teleported back to Kyovashad and then took the portal back and the quest worked.
