the fuzzy background issue has been present since the release of the expansion. I’m not sure if its from my necro pets or not as i havent played an alt yet. Will be smooth for about 5 seconds, then a “video skip” then fuzzies all over. I have used various graphics settings but no luck yet. I recall this occurring an ex pack or 2 ago and that got fixed. So here’s hoping
