I see the store on the Ked Bardu services list, but it’s not in the village, nor is Ying-Yue. I collect points, but no way to collect. What am I doing wrong. I’ve been playing it for a week with no results. Tried contacting support, but it’s an endless loop with only PC and Mobile options.

ends in the morning for me but that’s not really relevant. Does somebody have a way to contact them? I can’t seem to get a number or an email, no chat or anything. Like I said it’s a perpetual loop.
