A friend and I defeated the tormented Echo of Duriel. He got his resplendent spark for the first kill and I did not. Was annoyed by it but let it go. I just finished the iron wolves reputation and opened the cache that clearly says you get a resplendent spark. Mount trophy, and legendary amulet. I got the trophy and amulet, but not the spark. I’d really appreciate some kind of fix or just my sparks. I’m trying to get shako and those 2 were vital in doing so. Thank you for your time.

+1, the same thing happened with me and my brother (although on PC). We killed Tormented Grigoire together and he got a resplendent spark while I didn’t. I am 1 rank away from the last Iron Wolves cache but am afraid to open it now. 
Same thing about an hour ago on Xbox? Is there a fix?
same here. Steam player; didn’t get it from the Iron Wolves cache reward. Sucks
same just finished to lvl 18 and didnt get the spark just the amulet and stygnian stones
No Sparks for Iron Wolf Rep here. Haven’t killed Ubers yet. Almost holding back until there is a feedback on this.

Same here, just opened 5 minutes ago on PS5. No resplendent spark.
Also on ps5 and didn’t receive any resplendent spark from iron wolves or season completion.
Samething happened to me on PS5.
Killed Tormented Greg and Duriel and didn’t get any Sparks.
Not wasting anymore materials until they fix it.

Same. Got iron wolves cache but no spark. Thats very frustrating as it takes a lot of time.
Any updates on this? Happened to me too on Xbox. Got the mount and amulet for finishing IW but no spark. So frustrating! That was a lot of work!
Count me in here! Best tormented Duriel for the first time and no spark dropped for me or my friend. Kinda worried about opening the ironwolves pack

Okay, so I did check in my unusual materials in my character sheet and I have a resplendent spark there (not sure if its from before or not). Give that a check and let me know! Go to “Stats & Materials” then tab over to the saddlebag looking emblem then scroll down.
Hello. Yesterday i have done level 18 by the Wolfs. I dont become a Spark… This is my second Character. On my first Character its works… Can anybody help me?
I made a post about this because I am also having the same problem on Xbox. I got my original 3 sparks on my first character and 2 more from maxing Iron Wolf rep on alts. I have since leveled and maxed reputation on 5 other characters but have not received any of those sparks. Are there any updates on this? It doesn’t look like it has been addressed yet?
I just killed Lilith for the first time after 50 tries did not get any spark just two pieces of worthless gear very disappointed
