I know it’s considered an older people candy, but I’ve loved butterscotch since I was young.
100% agree, same for me, hope we gonna have it in s8 !
I do think ladders will bring a lot of people back.
It gives a goal and a lot of d3 players just wanted to get into top 1k and be done there.
Others wanted to be top 100 or front page.
Sure, give them a ladder. I’m not into ladders personally but seems like a fair request
I think it’ll keep some players engaged more, but I’m skeptical as to how many it would bring back, without adding something else to the game. I’m not against having them in the game mind you, but I feel some of the people who want them, are the same people who blitz through a season in a week or two.
Actually hardly ever seen these threads, I think less people then you think care about ladders since most people have jobs
Ok Bye.
WTF good are ladders when there is no balance between classes.?
This is not a “make a build game”. This is a “play the build Blizzard wants you to play by season” game. There is literally 0 about this that needs to be competitive.
Because here creativity = bigger multipliers.
dude lasagna is sooo easy, fry up about a lb of minced beef and italian sausages with onion and garlic until brown.
drain the greasy liquid from your pot.
add a liter of your sauce of choice. I like a parmesan / cheese blend with mushrooms.
when the sauce is boiling, stirring every few mins, for about 45 mins prep an oblong pan thats about 4 inches deep, layer sauce after you oil the pan a bit with olive oil.
then the lasagna noodles. inch at a time, put shredded mozza and cheddar. (On top of the noodles, then sauce again. repeat to your hearts content, 4-5 times.
No need to boil the noodles, the sauce and the oven temp will take care of it.
Cook for about 50 mins or until the cheese at the top layer is nice and brown.
What oven temp would you suggest?
450
17 extra charizards
Exchanging food recipes is the only acceptable way to hijack a thread.
My wife just told me that an 85 year old granny was making dinner on Saturday for the people who helped her move. Main course is Lasagna with Spaghetti and meatballs. I told her I just posted something on the forum about Lasagna.
Ladders are notoriously hard to program in video games. I watched a whole video on it. That’s why the majority of the time, they’re either designed so you just “snap” to them and can only move up or down (and sometimes disengage backwards,) or if full movement is allowed, it feels floaty and it’s super easy to fall off. Or, in D4’s manner, you just hit a button and autoclimb.

What would they even make a leaderboard for?
The game revolves around bugs, dupes, and your credit card.
I guess they could make a pit leaderboard to show who can swipe the hardest for duped items on Diablo.trade…?
They stopped trying to implement leaderboards because they stopped trying to do anything meaningful with their game. There’s just no level of content where a leaderboard would mean anything to anyone in D4.
Some semblance of an end game, or something
True, but the game is better then it was a year and a half ago, I havent spent a dime in two seasons personally because ABSOLUTELY nothing is worth buying in the shop.
I think its more a programming issue and Blizzard constantly being behind on everything players (myself included) seem to expect as soon as possible to be remedied.
I think poster is referring to people RMT’ing gear.
Which to be honest is going to happen in any game with trading or online-accessible accounts (ie account-sharing boosting,) so there’s two options in regard to that: remove trading entirely (or at least make a SSF mode with its own leaderboard) in which case boosting will still happen, or accept that leaderboards will sometimes be bought into.
Both options are going to tick some people off.
At first the delayed ladders were promised for season 3 and then eventually we got the disaster of The gauntlet as the only ladder which was perhaps the games worst content ever.
How many times we read this?
When it’s not the Gauntlet, it’s the Pit.
When it’s not the Pit, it’s the Dark Citadel.
When it’s not the Dark Citadel, it’s Kurast Undercity.
When it’s not Kurast Undercity, it’s Neyrelle.
When it’s not Neyrelle, it’s Masterworking.
When it’s not Masterworking, it’s Loot Drop rates.
When it’s not Drop rates, it’s… oh wait i, must stop before said everything created on D4 was the worst content ever. Even the first tree of the game close of Nevesk is the worst added content probably for some of this toxic community.
Weird, it’s almost as though different people have different opinions on what they like the least! Fancy that!!
Although I won’t disagree with you about the community being toxic.
all that will happen is botters and or rmters will control the LBs like the last 2 games. ya, no thanks.
These days I wonder if blizzard should just disable trading to how it works in d3:
If you are in a party and a nice item drops, its still individual loot, but can be traded to your party members.
Shut down Susan blizzard, or whomever her clone is nowadays
