After searching on different sites and seeing where people have tempered their Weapons and Armor(Barbarion) with Vulnerable (From Socerer Frost Finesse Temper), and I have it in my Codex/Tempering Receipe I cannot use it.
You have to log onto a sorcerer to have access to this tempering manual. Once logged onto the sorcerer you can temper whatever you put into the tempering pane with your desired temper category. Be warned though, you can brick the item by tempering a “sorcerer only” affix to it as the final roll, so be warned that it is a gamble. But this is how you get vulnerable on a barbarian weapon.

This also works with Rogue tempers for vulnerable and critical hit damage.

This shouldnt be possible. Bliz needs to change this or make generic way to do it. You shouldnt need all 5 heroes to do tempers as u want.
Worldly will be available in S5 so this nonsense can end
