I wrote an detailed description of the crashes and included all Fenris reports, crashing scenarios, and my hardware specs, which exceeds the optimal game requirements significantly and easily runs the game on ULTRA. The game will never lag - only shut down out of nowhere - regardless of my graphic settings.
Actions taken
- I have turned off DSSL
- I monitored hardware temp and utilization and it is all stabile during gameplay.
- I reinstalled the game, updated windows and Nvidia driver.
Blizzard support:
- Person 1 sent me a link to a World of Warcraft forum
- Person 2 told me to reinstall the game and sent a link to a “page not found”
- Person 3 asked me to check if my hardware meets the requirements
All 3 moved the ticket to resolved after responding. Obviously, I don’t expect game master volunteers to be educated nor trained in problem solving or technical support, but it doesn’t matter what you include in terms of details cause they cannot be bothered looking up your diagnostic ID’s.
I’d rather wait a week to get a response if it was from someone qualified.
