Killed HC uber lilith today, got the Echo Destroyer and its trophy, mount dropped but The slayer of the first mother and its associated titles remain unlocked
What is HC uber Lilith? I defeated the Echo of Lilith, then got an achievement [Silence is hellish], and a bloody house (literally), but no title too. Did your problem get fixed after so many updates? Seems no reply to this issue.
