I have ran bal and diablo together a total of 67 times t10+ not once did I get a single splinter. for them being crucial to level up season powers or even switch this is supper bad. i’m not saying give one every run but maybe one of ever 20 runs. The one way I ever got a splinter was from tree caches and we can’t even get them anymore.
