The shard of agony did not drop after a successful kill of Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint, in world tier 4 for me this morning. I spent a ton of time farming living steel with the expectation of then farming the shard of agony which did not drop. Is it possible to have this item credited to my account?
This happened to me also.
Shards must have a 110% drop rate.
Farming steel and then killing Grigoire and no shard is a scam.
