No response to real bug reports

I realize there’s alot of bug reports, but why is there no communication whatsoever from blizzard? You list the entire staff in d4 credits (including customer support agents) yet here we are, customers requiring support in the only way we know how, and you can’t send a 1 word reply to our issues saying “thanks”…

Many of the legendary aspects are completely broken. From not implementing the stated function (or any function at all) [+% dmg while barrier active], to nerfing the aspect when applied to weapons or amulets instead of the opposite… [gravitational aspect - ball lightning]

And these are simply my own issues, and they are huge because the game is really tough when you’re missing the massive buffs that aspects are supposed to provide.

I’m just shocked at the fact they’re so worried about balancing when there are so many game breaking bugs. The game crashes frequently, dungeons are so buggy I now have to look up online if I should even do them before I take the time. And these 365 day cooldowns they’ve been dolling out for switching b net accounts is just insane. They say their support team can’t adjust that, which is either a lie, or terrible engineering practices.

Yep this game is buggier than fallout NV and that’s saying something. The campaign was well thought out, and there’s a template for a great game here but I agree it is truly shocking how buggy this game still is. D4 has crashed for me 100’s of times in a couple weeks. Still having login issues since the patch but less crashes I suppose
