Update: I salvaged an uber unique and got a resplendent spark. Following the salvage I got another character to max rep with the Iron Wolves and received a spark. This issue may be resolved although I did not receive the 5 missing sparks from other characters that earned max rep.
I am not earning Resplendent Sparks when maximizing reputation with the Iron Wolves on different characters. I initially earned 3 with my main character and 2 with alternate characters. I crafted a grandfather sword which used 4 and left me with 1. However, I have since leveled 5 other characters and maximized reputation with Iron Wolves with each of them but have not earned the additional 5 sparks. I have confirmed with friends that they are earning sparks with additional characters that maximize their Iron Wolf reputation. Please help!
