No Renown or Altars unlocked

Created my seasonal char and while I’m just about maxed on my eternal char renown-wise, I have almost zero renown on my seasonal char. Anyone else have this same issue?

Did you log inon your mains after 18th first?

You dont get to keep all renown, only the altars

same here had everything renown wise ready on eternal realm, now made a new seasonal character nothing transfered over…

Have you logged into that character since the big patch? That needs to be done. I just watched someone on stream create a seasonal character and what was supposed to transfer did.

I deleted all my characters weeks ago after having 100% completion.

So I recreated a new Eternal character just now to confirm that I have all Altars unlocked, then created Seasonal character afterward, but altar progress is not transferred at all.

You have to log into your main before you make your seasonal character there bud.

It’s working for everyone else.

This might be a problem. I believe you have to log in the character you did the stuff on. This is why dead HC characters got screwed.

It’s not working for me. I’ve been playing plenty with my main that has all renown unlocked as well as all Lillith status, and map. I created a seasonal character and only the first 2 were unlocked. This seems to be a bug.

But the renown progress is saved account-wide on Eternal, that’s why I recreated an Eternal just now and saw my progress was still there. That should also transfer my altar progress to Seasonal because it should save the game state at that moment.

That should mean creating a new Seasonal character after recreating my Eternal character should transfer altar progress, but it doesn’t.
