I have not received my platinum from my Accelerated Pass. I got the token, but not the platinum.
“Legacy Accelerated Battle Pass Upgrade Token > 1,800 Platinum”
I have the exact same issue. I have redeemed it as a code from the Microsoft Rewards system and to my surprise nothing was accounted nor converted into platinum. Fair is fair, it would only be fair to give players the correct ammount of platinum (in my case 2800 platinum) so we can buy the “new battlepass” aka relicaries.

ok but I had 4 battle pass in bank. Only got 1 in return instead of 4. It’s been 2 days since they converted my tokens and still nothing for the 3 missing tokens. So I lost 3 battle pass during this conversion. I don’t know what method they use to convert this… but we lose in the exchange for now!
Only thing you can do is open a support ticket with your issue then reference and link the blue post mentioning the issue.
That’s what I did and all he did was give me the articles posted by Blizzard on the forum as a reference… and to be patient. No other explanation. I’m not the only one with this type of problem so I guess i have to wait… and be patient!
