I had the quest to talk with the tree, while I also had finished a grim favor’s bar. I talked with the tree, got my cache, but nothing happened with the quest, it just disappeared. I’ve turned in 7 caches since then, done many many dungeons/world events/etc. and I’ve never gotten a sigil - and I can’t craft one. I think by me being done with the favors while I had that quest, My character bugged and I cannot receive them.

I had no quest either and got my first sigil from the tree.
Just got one from a legion as well.

Same Problem im lvl 55 alreay have gotten alot of lvl 1 sigils but cant craft any higher
@Diba From a cache? Maybe I’ve just been unlucky I’ve done like 12 of those caches so far
Same for me… I gotten tier 1 keys from the tree and inside the nightmare dungeon but there were no quest afterwards and the tabs at the Occultist is not accessiable
Took me like 8 or so caches before one dropped. Ran first nightmare and seems you almost always get another on completion.
Same for me ! i did 12 cache . i drop only one on World’s boss . i did it but nothing happen .
Same here. Its been a day so far and i got zero sigil drops from any activity i tried.
I have the Problem too. Ich run 5 nightmare dungeons, but can’t craft sigils by the ocultist. Also didn’t get a quest for this.
I got my first sigil from the tree of whispers. I consumed it and proceeded to clear the dungeon. No other sigils dropped in the dungeon and now I’m stuck. I have turned in multiple tree of whispers quests after and still no sigil drops. From reading other people’s posts, sigils are supposed to drop once you enter level 1 difficulty dungeon, difficulty tier 2 sigils should drop once you complete the dungeon, but no tier 1 or tier 2 difficulty sigils dropped for me. I’m pretty sure this is a bug, can someone from blizzard apply a hot fix? sigils should not be this difficult to get.

after about 10 Tree of Whispers i finally got a sigil… from the world boss.
seriously the first time you do a Tree of Whispers it should guarantee a lvl 1 sigil.
Apparently you cant craft sigils until you have cleared a level 3 sigil.
got 100’s of sigil dust from the tree but no way to use it. You really should be able to craft sigils once youve collected dust for the first time.
Same for me. I complete 5 Tree of Whispers mission, and i don’t get any one sigil.
Who thought this was a good mechanic to make RNG?! Why would they even think of making a core mechanic like nightmare dungeons be locked behind RNG?! I literally can’t think of a more horrible way to introduce this to players then make it a rare rng drop this is ridiculous

still no sigil for me after two days of gameplay … and no chance to craft one either cause they are faded out and not craftable …
same here… They need to let you craft them off the bat… so many people are just stuck cuz of this issue that could’ve EASILY been avoided… billion company eveyone… lol
I’ve now counted close to 15+ tree runs and still no sigil. This is ridiculous.
