I also have no music playing after the patch.
Going into the launcher > Options next to the Play Now button > Modify Install > Change Languages, then selecting Deutsch in the Install Languages (2gb install), then selecting Deutsch as speech fixed this for me. Once loading into the game, you can go back and change the last setting back to English.

Thanks for the instructions.
Here’s what I did and the results:
-Change to Deutsch for text and speech: German text and speech in game but no music
-Change to Italian for text and speech: Italian text and speech in game but also music!
-Change back to English for text and speech: no more music
-Change back to Italian for speech only: music!
-Change back to English for speech: music! 
Doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me but am happy it works again for now. Thanks!
Thanks for the tips! I tried German first with no music, then Italian and got music back, reinstalled English and set that to the primary language leaving Italian installed and I’ve got music and English again. Neat! Why this happened, who knows?
Same problem here, except I have music with English text and speech, but not with Polish. Interestingly, when I have Polish speech and English text suddenly music appears. All other sounds are there, the problem is only with music.
Repair game files helped me (even though I get a notification that no repair is necessary). Unfortunately I have to do it EVERY TIME I restart the game.
It’s annoying.

I fear that may be case case so far not many makign psot or this know issue I tryign to make this know issue to blizzard see if there fix for this, Love to have this seen to as soon as possable.

This is what I’ve done to have it work… at least for now.
I switched to French text and speech, this didn’t work… still no music. Then I switched to German text and speech. It worked! Music back. I switched back to English text and speech, and I have music… for now at least.
Update: Now that I have music back, I will say… it seems like the volume of the music is off. Perhaps lower than usual? I could be mistaken but it seems lower volume to me.
I just restart the game if I don’t have music. I keep doing that until I do get music. It’s really annoying!
I’m running US English only btw.

Same issue here. Changing languages didn’t work. Meh, who tests this game?
Chiming in to add another name to the chorus. “No music” issue started yesterday for me. Reset my sound settings to default and rebooted game, and that fixed it. Then just patched and no music again. This time reset did nothing.
Same here.
I need to launch then quit 3 times in a row to finally get the music on menu.
It does that for 3 days now.
I’m back to having no music at all now. Switching to German language did nothing this time.
I’m not playing this game until they fix it.
I got no music since yesterday… Scan and repairing did nothing. What worked for me: downloading the portuguese language pack, without changing the language (i kept everything in english, just downloaded portuguese). Weird.
I am getting no music as well. I was wrapping up the VoH campaign after being away traveling for work. It was so anticlimactic without the music. Seems like VoH just keeps getting worse with every patch.
