I noticed that most of the eyebrows in the male character customizations—all classes included—had literally disappeared. Nothing. Nonexistent.
It’s great to have a game where you can customize your character and see their amazing face in the campaign cutscenes or even when you log in. However, it’s even better when the customizations are functional !
Of course, it may seem trivial compared to other bugs related to gameplay, seasons, etc.
But it’s still annoying to think that we’re paying for cosmetics, that there’s apparently even a future expansion in the works, and that now we risk paying for a game riddled with bugs that impair our visual experience.
It’s not very tempting to pay for an expansion if it’s only to have my character appear with their face ruined by a bug in the cutscenes.
So I hope for myself and the other players who play their character without a helmet, lol, that this bug will be fixed.
