I ran through the entire Chambatar Ridge region in the Dry Steppes and found 0 mobs. I decided to move to the next area (Jakha Basin) and encountered the same issue. I tried to logout and log back in, and some enimies appeared, but not nearly as much as there should be. And for those that did, they didn’t perform any actions. They Just stood there and let me kill them. This doesn’t appear to affect spawns from a trigger (e.g. interacting with a Lilith statue).
