Just started the game on Xbox Series X and there is no sound from the game whatsoever! Help?
Same here on S. Tried restarting, deleting save data, you name it. Audio works on other games so obv not an audio issue.
I know!!’ I’ve even done similar things and thought it was an issue with my audio settings! Not at all! Seems to be a server bug or something. Very disappointing
I’m going to try to uninstall and reinstall and see if that fixes it. Ugh…
I’m doing the same thing. Finishing a reinstall right now. If that doesn’t fix the issue then I give up! I’ve also directly contacted the Diablo twitter account about the issue I’m going to every length to try to get a resolution if I hear anything on Twitter I’ll let you know Snackerjack! I like your name btw it’s cute

And………Hours later I’ve tried everything from a console restart to uninstalling and reinstalling the game, messing with sound settings, I’m now reinstalling the game again! Nothing has fixed the sound issue for me! On this particular reinstall I chose not to update the game because I want to see if the game will even start with no update, I have no idea what to do about this at this point

I wish there were a way to get in touch with Blizzard directly about this for you. Hopefully it’s still working for me later today.
