Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with Diablo 4 on Xbox where chat channels are unavailable.
In the game’s settings, both “Join Local Chat Channel” and “Join Trade Chat Channel” are greyed out and cannot be enabled. I don’t see anyone talking except NPC. I can type but not send it.
I have already checked:
Xbox privacy and communication settings.
Active Game Pass Core subscription.
Battle.net account linkage.
Online connectivity (I can see and interact with other players in-game).
The issue occurs even when playing alone and is not limited to a specific chat channel.
