Can’t even start a character on higher difficulty. What gives?
The story, as painfully stupid as the writing was (particularly the final act), it was still the only interesting thing about this game. Being unable to start a new game at a Tier 3, or 4 is just retarded. My first run, I was so over leveled by the time I hit end game, everything was trivial.

I have no idea why we can’t run WT3 and 4 campaign. It’s like, “Oh you finished the story? Here, enjoy this mindless work we laid out for you… It’s an ‘open world’ queue canned ooh’s and ah’s”.
Exactly! I’d much rather be able to play the campaign at higher and higher difficulties until I’ve gotten my full, THEN go play the “end game” stuff.
Most of the posters might take offense to that as they fit the description.
