In flooded Ruins, it says 6 remains for the slay all objectives, but nothing left to kill. teleport back to town a few times for potions during the fight which may trigger the bug. backup to upper layer and outside the dungeon and back in with no luck. left without clearing it.
SAME HERE in 1.2.2 update.
