Twice now I’ve completed a nightmare dungeons without the dome dropping and giving me the ability to upgrade glyphs. It showed dungeon complete, the tier level, and even gave me the two items. But the dome didn’t show up. It was a 41 at level 76 and a 45 at level 78. Has anyone else experienced this?
Yes I believe it’s a known bug as well by Blizzard 
Does happen to me though from time to time. Don’t remember if it was a specific dungeon or not
Had an untriggered death trap both times. Wonder if that’s related.
Mine always pop, but it sometimes takes a few seconds.
I have had dungeons that were incompletable for various reasons:

Mob or pilon or growth unavailable to complete (looked everywhere way to much) - 3-5 times this has happened

had the Butcher spawn in a kill all dungeon. He had some crazy regen and I couldn’t kill him so I let him kill me. I could not complete the dungeon because I think it still needed me to kill the no longer existing mob (The Butcher) sigh
For barrage on rogue specifically some have suggested to take it off your bar and it may pop at the end. But it happens my sorc. Not sure there. Haven’t heard of any tricks for anyone else and I think it was initially thought to only affect barrage rogues
I will try this. The dungeon was definitely complete. I backtracked through the entire dungeon, and couldn’t find a dome.
