XBox Series X. As of ~2 days ago (5/23/24), when I consume a nightmare sigil, I get the usual prompt to teleport to the dungeon, but when I follow the prompt I am shown the dungeon location with no dungeon icon, not teleported inside the dungeon. To get to the dungeon, I have to pin the location, teleport to the nearest waypoint, and slow travel back to the dungeon. The icon is still absent but the dungeon is there, and is otherwise accessible. So there is a workaround but it’s a PITA. Bugged on WT3 and WT4.

Why isn’t this the major bug??? this slows all glyph leveling down…no one doing nightmare dungeons anymore with helltide?
Still broken - no non-whisper-flagged dungeon icons with XBox Series X. Workaround described above is still viable but it’s a ridiculous pain. Oddly, this problem does not manifest with XBox One, just Series X (and maybe Series S but I don’t have one of those). C’mon, devs, please fix this. It’s been a couple of weeks. As a 25+ year software engineering veteran I know this one can’t be all that hard. A weird regression that showed up a little more than 2 weeks ago. Please please please
Similar issue on Xbox Series X, my dungeon locations are showing on map but that’s it. Whispers, legion, and world boss events not displaying.
