More often than not, there is no upgrade for Glyphs at the end of Nightmare dungeons. Many users experience this, it should be a priority fix. Without Glyph upgrades, Nightmare Dungeons are a complete waste of time. Furthermore, on rare occasion there is not even gear rewards.

it happened to me today, killed the dungeon boss and nothing happened, I waited for a while, looked around but no sign of the thingy to upgrade the glyphs. It happened once to me but it’s clearly a bug that needs to be investigated.

the game really is falling apart the longer there was no maintenance it seems

Just happened to me, finished the dungeon and the altar for the glyph upgrades didn’t spawn, not even sure if i get any item as reward
on rare occasion there is not even gear rewards.

I’m not sure if it happened to me too, because im pretty sure i got Mad Wolf’s Glee
and it wasnt in my inventory, first i thought i scrapped it by accident, but after rethinking the whole process, i’m pretty sure i never saw it in my inventory except in the popup. Now i’m trying to get video evidence and maybe they show mercy and grant Mad Wolf’s Glee… but still not sure about that

I always get gear rewards, but counting my last 20 nm dungeons, 11 of them didn’t give me a glyph reward terminal. That’s after waiting 1 minute at least in each one just to make sure.
This is solo, so it wasn’t spawning on somebody else.
Utterly broken right now.

Completed two nightmare dungeons and received no items and no glyph upgrade altar. Was very confused but nothing happens when you complete them at the moment.
Had it happen too yesterday. Not sure if I got item rewards either… dungeon after that was fine again.
I had this happen but the person in our party was an alt and had not completed thier first round of tree of whispers to unlock nightmare dungeon rewards.
Same problem here, multiple times, i think is something related to movement speed
Yup, this is still happening. Just happened twice in a row to me… Didn’t realize this was STILL an issue, as I heard about it previously…

Yeah, have been cheated out of a number of glyph upgrades due to this recently. I notice it does not happen consistently. Just now I ran the Crusader’s Cathedral normally, got the awakened glyphstone at the end like you’re supposed to; ran it again immediately afterward, and bupkiss. No item reward, no glyph XP.
You have to grind so many Nightmares to get your glyphs to a halfway-decent level anyway, it’s ridiculously annoying when you don’t even get the reward half of the time.
yeah same here… very annoying…
And instead of fixing this they nerf the game…

This has happened to me to!! Like i saw what rewards id get and the altar appeared. But then when i checked my inventory NOTHING NEW. So i can upgrade my glphs at the altar but no new rewards and i new it was a sacred unique 
same issue seems to be a barrage rogue thing…ill play again once they fix this.

I kinda wonder when Blizzard will at least acknowledge this and speak to how major this is.
It is pretty game ruining to have your primary progression content failing to give rewards out.

They have responded 8 times since the first beta, so I would not expect a response. It’s not their MO.
Yup, still happening. Ran 4 dungeons today, 2 in a row no glyph upgrade.
This game was overpriced and the end game content is broken. It should be a priority fix. There are other threads on this exact same issue.
