Level 91 playing solo and I think I don’t get my altar like 30% of the time…

Had this happen to me at 60, tier 22. My inventory was full at the time when I got the item rewards. Not saying it related just another data point.

yea, happens to me pretty frequently, sometimes 3 times in a row, the 4th is working, the 5th and 6th didn’t work again and 7-12th dungeon it’s working fine. different levels, different, dungeons - super frustrating. i get the “dungeon-finishing rewards” but no upgrade for my glyphs.

Same issue as others, dungeon doesn’t seem to matter or be related as it appears to be happening in about all of them that I can tell. No clue what’s causing it tho.
Try further testing see what happens, didn’t seem to have any issues earlier today, may be group related?

this actually needs to be fixed ASAP , it’s completely ruining the entire game.

I’ve tried making sure I don’t ever teleport out of the dungeons to go to town and it seems to have stopped. Could be something related to leaving and reentering.

This has been happening to me all last week and this week, 70 percent of the time I don’t get the Glyph upgrade kiosk at the end of Nightmare Dungeons. I’m begining to think that its an intended mechanic to not get one. As a note, I play solo, and never teleport out of the dungeon. Not sure whats going on.

Same. It happens two in a row for me when I was solo. I won’t do any nightmare dungeons until they fix it.

i get it again and again and again, it’s super frustrating, i’ll stop playing till this is fixed

Still happening to me also. This time on a new character on tier 9.

Still seems so random. I can’t find anything that points to the issue.

Have completed 3 NM dungeons on WT3 and have yet to see the Glyph upgrade textbox upon completion… How is this still a thing?

At least half of my Nightmare runs today probably 20 so far have been missing the upgrade bubble/thing.

Glyph upgrade still not spawning, been running tier 27-30 dungeons and this happens about 50% of the time. Is this an intended mechanic?

still happening a lot. Just ran 4 nightmare dungeons and got only 1 upgrade altar

Would be nice to have somebody from Blizzard to actually acknowledge this problem
