Next class is: bard

I formally request the instatement of the bard class into Diablo 4.

Bard is a HIGHLY popular and REQUESTED class in sooo many games. It’s a no brainer.

Bards have a long and storied history in the fantasy genre, so they would fit right in.

They can be a support class or just buff themselves and sing about their glorious escapades kind of like dandelion from Witcher.

Toss a coin to your wanderers and put bard in the game Blizz!

And while we’re at it make Singer Barb Builds a thing again. Those were fun and hysterical.

If that was actually the next class reveal it what would be what would make me quit.

Well not in Diablo. Sorry. The most thematicly unfit character ever in a game like this. You don’t realy see any in isometric ARPGs. In ARPGs like Dragon Age, Elder Scrolls, Whicher, or MMOs where a support class is needed and thematicly more fintting into the world. I know bards are not just pompus musicians, but spys and assassins, but than why not just bring back the assassin class? Currently the most HIGHLY popular and REQUESTED class is the PALADIN/CRUSADER/TEMPLAR.

If they introduced a Mech, where your skill tree is tech upgrades I’d play it. Just saying. And it’d fit right into the lore.

The only Bard I will accept is Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull.

The only highly requested class is only paladin/crusader, no idea where you get that from.

Yes let’s kill the demons with the power of song that’s what the Diablo franchise has been sorely missing.

The only way this works is if the bard looks like jack black

Next class will be crusader, that’s why you have 100500 auras in s7.

Point of order, Bard was in Diablo 1 as a placeholder class. Both Bard and Barbarian can be played by editing a simple txt file.

Bards in Diablo 1 could dual wield 1h weapons, and identify items without returning to town.

I’m not anti-bard, but I hope it’s not the next class. EverQuest bards were awesome.

Now there was a game with some content. I still remember an event we held where a few of us bards calmed dragons for a couple hours so the tamers could get the ones with the best stats.
I miss my ethereal llama too. Perfect for a bard’s travel needs. :llama:

It seems that the bard class with a lute is too less badass for the DIV world.

Ok… enter the dragon… erm i mean search for “KungFu Hustle Harpist Attack” at a famous videoportal. If the harpists wont do for a badass bard class… what will do? (( :see_no_evil: ))

Or how about a “PSI class” called Francis York Morgan
Bufffood: Sinner’s Sandwich
(Imagine Deadly Premonition ARPG… godlike )

See my awesome ideas. Vote for me. I make DIV great again

This was in Hellfire, which wasn’t made by Blizzard.

The same as the Alien bug Nest and the weirdo in the cow onesy…
I’ll leave it up to you to decide if those fit in the Diablo setting too :stuck_out_tongue:

I want a javazon. However a youtuber suggested a templar, as a crossbreed of javazon and paladin and I’m here for it

New Class should be ranged T-Rex.

Nah, needs to be a dwarf!

Bard would be nice.

Cain was kinda a bard.

It should not be a support class though. That does not fit. All classes should be offensive and carry their own weight in an A-RPG.
