So the new goblin update installed. Got back in the game and went into helltide. Game froze, character could run around but not cast powers. Quit game and signed in again, my character has been sent to the hall of heroes. Thanks, your update killed 46 hours of gameplay.

It will keep happening as long as D4 is online only. Don’t play HC if you aren’t prepared to lose your character through no fault of your own.
