“When you cast a skill, you heal for 2% life”
This is nice but nothing compare to Andariel’s visage that give 2000% life every second.
But much better than aspect of the crowded Sage cap at 460 life per sec.
Note : Andariel is 2% life leach not 2% life per skill casted. So Andariel give you about 100% life per tic
Is this true? I’ve never noticed this myself, if so that would suck. I felt myself lucky when I found the new Bone Spirit aspect off of a level 30+ ring in WT2 lol. I just assumed you could potentially find all aspects in WT1 or 2.
“While lower than previously thought level requirements of 40 and 60 aren’t THAT bad, I still think it’s not a great decision. Not that many players will be able to move on before those (without boosting), but for them having to sit on easy content, not being able to progress until you gather enough XP will feel terrible. They’ll also be getting much worse loot, stuck without any Sacreds/Ancestrals, or Uniques and Aspects that unlock on the next tier.”
I rocked this for AoZ 20’s and up… It was just 2 percent your max health per skill used… It was amazing at sustaining heals without potions, as long as u had fast attack speed
Except Andariel’s is not working anywhere near the tooltip and people cannot figure out what the issue is exactly. You do not just get 2% of your Damage as Life Steal. Otherwise, Double-Swing Barbarians would be permanently at 100% HP and absolutely unkillable. Whatever is happening is quite low.
Undying does suck. Even if you had an Attack Speed of .5 and could spam your Skills, that is 4% HP per second. Sitting still, that is 25 seconds of Skill spamming to reach full life assuming you take no damage.
As far as EHP is concerned, this is trash for an Aspect when you could mitigate far more damage.
In all fairness - most of that data is on the old side (the link to Icy Veins)
Jul 2023, the video on Capstones 7mo ago etc.
Further, we don’t spend all that much time in WT2 & WT3 relative to what we’ll be spending in WT4.
One would need data from many sources or be masochistic enough to farm with dozens of characters to come up with a slightly accurate data set.
Personally, I’ve leveled(self, non power) a lot of characters.
My own findings are … The “RARE”, more known to be heavily weighted Aspects, drop far more frequently in WT2 & 3 along the leveling journey than the hundreds of hours I spend in WT4.
At times on various Characters, the ONLY reason I had one of a handful of Rare - such as “Umbral” Aspects for example, was because I save high/perf or known to be rare Aspects even if they’re ‘White’(standard Legendary = non sacred/ancestral).
A good example is “Recharging Aspect” for Sorc. Chain Light gives 1.5-3 mana per bounce.
I had 5 “3 Mana” saved up from leveling my BL Sorc last Season and found at least 10(in total, various rolls).
Guess how many I found in over 100 hours of further playing?
I found 1. It sucked - 1.5 mana.
Honestly I think many players discard “low level” items/Aspects assuming they’ll easily find them later on, they don’t and then complain - omitting the fact they might have had a solid collection of perfect ones at one point, but didn’t hang onto them.
Sometimes that’s just not the case with RNG and whatever weighting system is at play with this game.
Speaking of Weighting and Aspects - the new Aspect of Adapability …lord that thing is RARE af! I have yet to find one over 70% as well.
Design decision & or RNG. Dunno
You? In WT1? Spending enough time to “find ALL Aspects” there let alone in WT1? c’mon… stahp.
