I’ve had multiple instances now where Lilith will somehow gain invincibility at the end of phase 1. I believe its related to filling her stun bar at a certain interval with her hp bar but I haven’t bee able to replicate an exact timing to it. I’ve recorded some footage of the glitch in action here. You can see me shooting her for over a minute at 1% hp and she refuses to die and transition to phase 2.

In phase 2 if you happen to stun her just at the moment that she breaks the platform, she will break out of her animation, but still destroy the platform. She then seems to forget that the platform is destroyed and can put you in quite the precarious situation in which you are guaranteed to die. See this clip in which I captured this bug in action.

How are people supposed to do this fight on hardcore lol? You guys may want to stop messing with this encounter during each major patch and just leave it alone and make a new pinnacle boss or a different version of this one.

have the exact same issue… what is even more hilarious is that it always happens on a good run haha… i get so clean dodges and great burst on her and boom there is the bug… its almost like blizzard intended her to bug out to force you through more frustrations…
every damn time blizzard fixes a bug, 20 new appears… its almost like a circle of the devs intending on keeping bullsh*t codes for the players to enjoy. “blizzard dev”: hey lets make a game where our players finds bugs and get frustrated… blizzard ceo: sounds like a fantastic game.

Having the failure to transition issue on PS5 also, playing a druid, definitely not due to staggering her at a bad moment, and my DPS isn’t so crazy that I’m skipping mechanics significantly.
Also would be awfully nice if she would stop spending half the fight just far enough into the outer red that I can’t actually melee her…

Yeah, I ran into the exact same bugs + 1 more
She flies to the side and does the “corner cut” animation, but dosen’ttually cut it and doesn’t spam the rest of the arena with black goo. The only problem is, that skulls start to fly around 
As for the whole arena being contaminted after bugged cut - I ran into it a few times, but different variant (after second corner being cut off). There was the sliver of free space on the most righthand side of the arena where You could hide. Maybe with other corners it’s the same and there are some safe spots.

Nope. Just had it happen tonight. New indie multi-dollar company remember? They can only improve so little at a time.
Just to add - the telegraphed animations are broken for all the uber/tormented bosses - sometimes. Sometimes either they don’t happen at all, happens with no react, or even happens after the attack. I guess this is what happens when you do all your testing on an internal lan and not remotely like your player base.
Transition bug seems to happen pretty consistently if I drop Lilith below 25% health (phase 1) but the second set of adds are still alive / not spawned yet.

Blizzard, this is still a problem! >30 days of this, seriously?
i defeated her about 6 times on one character and once on another but never got an uber unique or mark for completion
I’m having a bug on phase 2 where after stagering her and bringing her to about 1% hp she becomes invulnerable and when you have to go on the platform behind the wall of fire , standing on the platform kills me instantly
please blizzard fix this fight its so rediculas so inconsistent i literally fight her like 5 times or so and have to relog because im getting damage and stacks for no reason and she takes less damage or non at all. i have killed her before many times one season and this has been the worst experience fighting her. very frustrating
Just got this issue on 2 attempts this morning. I could not reach the second phase. Lilith would not stagger and achieved immortality with about 2% health.
ETA: Just got the bug once again.
P2 invincibility bug still there.
Blizzard is now telling us “DON’T BUY THE DLC!” by not fix it.
Having the same problem with her. I’m able to get her life down to almost zero in phase two but every time she turns invincible it’s annoying and not worth trying
