New Type of Weapon "Quarterstaff"

People did’nt seem to pick on it much

But thats a completely new type of weapon being added in the game for VoH, for the Spiritborn

Wonder if there will be more ( kinda unlikely , but still curious )

The glaive is also a new one being added, also exclusively for the spiritborn. Keep in mind, there were already polearm items in the game called Glaives but they were renamed for either the 1.3 or 1.4 patch.

I think quarterstaff is cool. It grants passive block and block chance though. I hope it will be included in end game build I would love to use it.

I’d like a battle shield, where your shield slam your foe into oblivion!!

The inherent affix for the glaive is +X% Damage to Elites.

The inherent affix for the quarterstaff is X% Blocked Damage Reduction and X% Block Chance.

I wonder when they added 2H Glaive for spiritborn, will there be a version of 1H Glaive for spiritborn so they can wield it like demonHunter in WoW?

Spiritborn will only be able to use 2H weapons, so no the glave is a 2H only weapon.

They should have a buckler slot. A light shield you clip on wrist so you can use light shield and 2H weap
