The patch notes mention five new class rings coming out this Tuesday. I assume they are just going to be random drops?
they will drop from uber varshan

They clarify the rings will drop anywhere but you can target farm them off of Varshan.

I think it will be safe to assume on the quest for getting an uber, whatever the current drop rate is for the rings, you will both find one and find a very high roll one by the time the uber search is done.
