I just pushed myself mentally to buy the game being that its onsale to see whats up. Is it easy to find a squaad or people to do stuff wth like world bosses ect?

No. No public group finder.
The in-game MP features are slim.
Hit tab/social to see what can be done in game.
Or you can ask in chat or use the sanctuary discord
World bosses just show up, someone will carry it.

Welcome to our nightmare and probably the most un-socially designed “multiplayer” game I’ve ever seen. To answer your question, in a word, no.
But, with that said, events like world boss, or legions, will show up on your map when they are getting ready to happen. You can always just travel to the location and if there are others there, you’ll automatically get a 5% xp boost just for being in close proximity to other players. Unfortunately there are only very rudimentary ways to communicate in game or to form a party practically nobody uses or even fools with.
